ABS

25 minutes devoted to your abdominals and back. We’ll work on proper core recruitment, functional strength, and abs gainsss. You can expect planks, deadbugs, birddogs, etc., plus your fav “oh, this burns!” moves. Pair this with our GLUTES class to round out your core training (no pun intended?).

BAGS

50 minutes of nonstop work. Combos on the bag interspersed with bodyweight conditioning. 3-minute rounds are broken up with active recovery core work. This is an advanced boxing class.

BAGS 30

30 minutes of nonstop work. Combos on the bag interspersed with bodyweight conditioning. This is an advanced boxing class. 

BOX + BELLS

Get ready to THROW HANDS. We’re mixing combos with kettlebells and it feels like a match made in heaven. Ten 3-minute rounds to meet all your strength and conditioning needs.

BOX + BOD

Our boxing classic. Glove up – we’re going hard on the bags…and hard on the mats, too. Ten 3-minute rounds where you’ll alternate between boxing combos and bodyweight conditioning + strength.

CIRCUIT

Variety, baby. Burn through circuits for a time- defying class that hurts so bad, it’s good. Combo of resistance training and cardio.

DNCE

It’s a mashup of high-intensity training + hip hop dancing + killa energy. This beat-based class is one helluva sweaty party. Slightly more choreographed than our H.I.T. HOP class.

FIT CAMP

When boot camp and FIT had a baby. Took the high-intensity classic and put our own spin on it. A fast-paced mix of cardio and resistance training to make you sweat. Heavy beat drops and epic coaching to make you push. You ready? Hell yeah. Let’s work.

FIT FOUNDATIONS

In this free 50-minute small group class, we’ll break down the movement basics. Learn to plank, squat, lunge, deadlift, swing and more so you can feel way confident diving into our larger, faster-paced classes.

GLUTES

25 minutes devoted to one of the most important muscle groups in your body – the glutes. We’ll be using bands, weights, tempo and higher reps to build the booty. More joint protection? More explosive movement? Faster running? Booty gains?! Okay! Pair with our ABS class to round out your core training.

H.I.T. HOP

It’s a mashup of high-intensity training + hip hop dancing + killa energy. This beat-based class is one helluva sweaty party.

HIIT

High intensity interval training. The conditioning classic you’ve come to know and love. Did we say love? We meant hate. Work (very, very) hard, then break. Rinse and repeat.

STRENGTH FLOW

Get strong. Kick ass. Etc. Whether your goals are to lift heavy shit, bulletproof your body, age well, or look sexy as hell – our STRENGTH FLOW class has got you covered. Plus, with flows + fresh (and functional) moves, it’s never boring. YIPPEE.
